摘    要:针对海底管道复杂近岸环境,对比远海环境论述复杂近岸区域独有的环境特点,分别从管道稳定性保护、预挖沟截面设计、工程回填设计等方面对海底管道设计技术进行研究。结合近岸区域的自然环境和人类活动特点,论述破碎波、落物冲击、沉船撞击、隆起屈曲、海床冲刷、安装施工等敏感因素对近岸段海底管道保护的影响,并结合DNV GL规范给出可用于工程评估的指导性设计方法及在设计中需要关注的问题,为处于复杂近岸环境下的海底管道设计提供技术支持。

Abstract:The unique environmental features of complicated shore area are compared with those of the pelagic area, and the subsea pipeline design technology is investigated from the aspects of pipeline stability protection, pre-trench section design, engineering backfilled design, etc. Considering the characteristics of natural environment and human activities in shore area, the following impacts are investigated as breaking wave, dropped objects, ship sinking, upheaval buckling, seabed scouring and offshore construction on the subsea pipeline engineering for complicated shore approach condition. The guiding design method used in the engineering assessment and the problems to which attention should be paid in the design are given based on DNV GL codes, which provides technology support for subsea pipeline design in complicated shore approach condition.
