摘    要:应用混凝土断裂理论,通过断裂韧度与最大荷载的关系,建立了考虑混凝土结构初始缺陷和微裂缝影响的新的临界锈胀力预测模型;结合弹性力学和已有的研究成果,提出了依赖于所建立模型的,同时考虑界面间隙和钢筋锈损厚度的混凝土结构锈胀开裂耐久寿命预测方法,为钢筋混凝土结构锈蚀损伤耐久寿命预测提供了一种新的理论方法。对不同的初始裂缝长度,将预测值与实验结果进行比较,证实了预测模型的有效性。对临界锈胀力的影响因素分析发现。初始裂缝对锈胀开裂有显著影响。

Abstract:A new predicting model for the critical expansion force is deduced in terms of the relationship between fracture toughness and maximal load by relating the initial flaw and crack size based on the fracture mechanics theory of concrete, And a new theory method considering the thickness of pore band around the steel/concrete interface and the thickness of the corroded steel at the same time of predicting the time when the concrete cover cracking because of the expansion of corrosion products is presented by using elastic mechanics and documents reported. When the presented predicting model is compared to available experimental results, good agreement is obtained, so the validity of the model can be verified. By analyzing the factors, an important solution that the critical expansion force is strongly dependent on initial flaw and crack size can be drawn.
