集装箱侧面吊起重机构优化设计

摘    要:以集装箱侧面吊理想工况工作条件下机构力学分析为基础,建立了特殊工况工作条件下起重机构优化设计数学模型,编制了优化计算程序,进行了结构优化设计,并分析了该特殊工况危险状态下吊臂的强度。通过样机应力测试结果与优化设计结果的对比分析,为结构的进一步优化提供了依据,其分析结果也可供同类产品设计参考。

Abstract:Taking the mechanics analysis of mechanism under the working condition of ideal operating state in the side crane used for container as a foundation, the mathematic model for optimal design of lifting mechanism under working condition of special operating state was established. The optimized computing program was worked out, the structural optimization design was carried out, and the strength of lifting arm under dangerous state of this special operating state was analyzed. By means of comparative analysis upon the result of stress test of prototype with the result of optimal design, it provided a foundation for the further optimization of the structure, and its analytical result can be used for the reference of designing the same kind product.
