| Abstract: | In Present,there aren't available scientific methods evaluating management level of enterprises of posts and telecommunications,because the objective conditions of production in enterprises of posts and telecommunications are different.This paper will propose an approach of evaluation method by using econometrics and cause-selecting control chart. |
