摘    要:在对液体静动压主轴系统刚度进行综合分析的基础上,提出以加大主轴两轴承之间部分直径来提高主轴系统的刚度的新措施,该措施具体运用在液体静动压主轴系统设计中,突破了原来静动压主轴系统设计时因为考虑主轴热胀因素而将主轴止推轴承放在一端的局限,该措施通过在实际胀长变动量小于止推间隙公差范围内加大主轴中间直径,将主轴止推轴承置于主轴两端,从而达到主轴系统刚度显著提高的目的。

Abstract:t's a breakthrough in designing static-dynamic pressure principal shaft system.Usually the thrust bearing is put at one end of the principal shaft in considering its heat swelling factor.The approach'is putting the thrust bearings at both ends of principal shaft under the condition that actual change of length swelling is smaller than thrust allowance,and increasing the partial diameter of the principal shaft between the thrust bearings.Thus the rigidity of the principal shaft system can be prominently promoted.
