| 摘 要： | 油气勘探投资是高风险投资，其风险既有较常规项目高得多的经济与工程风险，也有其他项目不具备的资源风险，文章通过分析影响影响勘探投资风险的诸多复杂因素及风险分析方法，对以净现值为对象的概率分析进行了论述，并对风险分析结果的决策运用以及在现阶段开展油气勘探投资风险分析需要注意的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Petroleum exploration investment is a kind of investment with high risks. The risks include not only much higher economic and engineering risk than that of conventional projects, but also resource risk not owned by other projects. Based on the analysis of many complex factors in exploration investment risk and risk analysis methods, the probability that is taking net present value as object is analyzed. The decision application of risk analysis result and some problems needed be noticed at current stage when exploration investment risk is analyzed are discussed. |
