摘    要:本文介绍了该类滑道磨合过程、层厚、轨道半径、端部、时间效应等因素对摩擦、磨损的影响。引进了摩擦的磨合过程、端部效应和滑道的摩擦学设计的概念,阐述了影响该滑道摩擦、磨损的一些主要因素和变化规律,提出了确定试验滑块最短长度的方法和设计该滑道的一些摩擦学原则。

Abstract:The phenomena of friction and wear have beenstudied on three-layer composite materials (mode Ⅱ), GS—2B, SF—2B, slide track of large gate in hydraulic engineering. Particular emphasis was placed on the introduction of the procedure in frictional running-in, the slide block end effect, the thickness effect and the tribology concept for slide track design. Main factors affecting slide track friction and wear and their various characteristics were investigated and discussed. Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the recommended size of slide block specimen and some principles of tribology for slide track design are proposed.
