摘    要:以某钢厂新建热轧机组R1轧机过电流跳电攻关为课题,通过分析测试得出机电共振是跳电问题的根源。并以此为研究对象,对机组扭振问题进行相关研究,最终利用控制系统速度调节环优化方式成功解决机电共振问题,为类似全数字、高性能交流调速装置驱动的轧机扭振问题提供了可借鉴的解决方案。

An Application of Speed-loop Optimization in Electromechanical Coupling Twist Vibration Inhibition

Abstract:This thesis is based on a typical electrical fault (Overcurrent) of one RI mill. By many tests and analyses, we got the reason of the overcurrent fault: Electromechanical Coupling Twist Vibration (EMCTV). Then, we spent a lot of time to research on the EMCTV of the rolling mill R1, and the twist vibration is analyzed completely. Finally, thanks to an optimization scheme in the speed control, the problem of EMCTV is resolved. The views and solutions mentioned in the thesis is worth to learning for other rolling mill, especially in some cases also using digital & high-performance AC-Drive system.
