初探糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者的护理对策

摘    要:目的:初步建立糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者的心理护理干预方案。方法:①将患者随机分为干预组20例和对照组22例;②按已定的干预方案对干预组患者给予8周的护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理;③入院时、8周时、随访6个月时,分别用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)来评价干预组和对照组患者的抑郁状态、生活质量和应对方式。结果:干预前2组患者抑郁、生活质量评分差异无显著性(P〉0.05),干预8周、随访6个月后干预组患者抑郁评分低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:以支持性心理护理和认知治疗为基础的护理干预能减轻糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者的抑郁状态,改善应对方式,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the quality of life before and after nursing intervention, hs effect was evaluated so as to provide evidence to make related policies to improve the quality of life of DM complicated depression. Methods: ①42 patients with DM complicated depression were divided into two groups randomly: the intervention group had 20 cares and control group had 22 cares. ②Intervention group received nursing intervention for 8 weeks, while control group received conventional care only, then follow up 6 months, all patients were treated with hypoglycemic therapy. ③Both two groups patients were assessed with SDS, SCSQ, 8 - week and follow up 6 - month. Results: After nursing intervention, the SDS scores of intervention group were lower than control group in 8 - week, 6 months and before intervention( P 〈0.05). The SCSQ of intervention group's the scores were higher than control group in 8 - week and 6 months( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:The patients with DM complicated depression have an obvious low level of quantity of life, but they are 'able to be improved significantly with nursing intervention.
