摘    要:本文介绍了在激光焊接设备的控制系统中嵌入GPRS通信模块,实现焊接设备远程监控和维护的方案。文中给出了以Philips公司基于ARM7内核的微控制器LPC2214为核心,嵌入Simens公司MC55通信模块等外围电路的硬件设计,介绍了GPRS通信设备端和监控中心Socket程序设计的方法。文中最后给出的锂离子电池极耳激光焊接设备的远程维护实例验证了本方案的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:This paper describes the adoption to embedded GPRS communication module in control systems of laser welding equipment,achieved remote monitoring and maintenance of welding equipment.Gives to Philips corporation ARM7-based LPC2214 microcontroller core,embedded Simens company MC55 communication module and other peripheral circuit hardware design,introduces GPRS communications equipment side and the monitoring center Socket programming approach.Finally,the text of remote maintenance for the lithium-ion batteries tab laser welding equipment,is verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the program.
