紫外准分子激光照射对生物材料改性影响

摘    要:近二十年国内外致力研究激光用于材料表面的改性,成为发展极为迅速的一门高新技术。医用生物材料直接与人体接触,要求材料表面与人体组织相容。激光表面处理可望改善医用生物材料的生物相容性。本文利用准分子激光对三种生物材料表面处理,得到了激光照射的最佳脉冲参数。准分子激光照射材料表面后,通过培养细胞的比对实验,显微镜观察证实处理后生物材料的生物相容性比处理前有明显的提高。证明激光表面处理有助于提高材料的生物相容性。

Abstract:Laser technology was a rapidly developed high-tech.Recent 20 years scientists focused on the surface modification using the laser technology.Biomaterial directly contacts with human body,which needs it having good biocompatibility.Surface modification with laser is hopeful to improve biocompatibility of biomaterials.In this paper,a wide range of 248nm ultraviolet excimer laser was used to irradiation of biomaterial surface for improving the biocompatibility of the three types of material surface.The most favorable pulse parameters of laser irradiation were obtained.By cell culture and microscopy observation,it was confirmed that the biocompatibility of the surface modified biomaterials was obviously better than the original ones.
