含负折射率材料一维掺杂光子晶体的缺陷模特性研究

摘    要:采用光学传输矩阵给出了含负折射率材料一维掺杂光子晶体的特征矩阵,研究了缺陷模的相关特性,经数值模拟计算得出:改变负折射率的大小、杂质的吸收系数和厚度,缺陷模的中心频率位置不变,缺陷模透射率随负折射率的减小而降低,透射谱的频率宽度也逐渐减小,同时缺陷模的半高宽度随消光系数和杂质厚度增大而增宽。光子晶体的这些特性将为光的传输控制、全反射镜和滤波器的设计等提供理论依据。

Abstract:By using optics tranfer matrix method,characteristic matrix doped one-dimensional photonic crystal of negative index material is given out.Property of defect mode are studied.It is found that center frequency of defect mode does not change when absorbing coefficient and optics thickness of dope and refractive indexare are changed.That transmissivity of defect modes and frequency width is reduced with the decrease of refractive index.At the same FWHM of defect modes is increased when dope's absorbing and optics thickness is increased.These properties of photonic crystal will be theory basis of time,the transmission control of light and design of total reflection mirror and filter.
