紫外激光FPC切割系统的研究与开发

摘    要:本文介绍了将动光式紫外激光切割技术应用于FPC板以及其辅材覆盖膜切割的整体系统框架。通过Gerber文件来获取切割路径、局部切割次数等信息,并采用摄像机和射影变换方法完成工件的自动定位。实践表明本系统不仅切割效率高,与国外最新同类系统效率相同,而且定位精度高,有效地补偿了由于材料变形所引起的加工偏差。

Abstract:This paper introduces the integrated system framework of application of dynamicoptical-type ultraviolet laser cutting technology into cutting of FPCB and covering of its assistant material.Gerber file is used to procure such information as cutting route and local cutting times.The automatic location of workpieces is completed by means of camera and projective transformation.The results show that this system owns not only high cutting efficiency,which is the same as that of latest similar-type systems abroad,but also high accuracy of automatic location.Therefore,this system can effectively compensate the deviation caused by material distortion.
