| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人体椎动脉新鲜标本的影像解剖学测量价值。方法：对20支新鲜椎动脉标本进行DSA、MSCTA和MFA影像解剖喾捡测.结果：20支椎动脉平均直径的DSA测值为3．16±0．59mm，MSCTA测值为3．09±0．63m，MRA测值为3．10±0．58mm，三者的平均直径测值无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：DSA、MSCTA及MRA三者均可运用于临床的椎动脉测量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical value of DSA,MSCTA and MRA in measurement of vertebral artery（VA）of human fresh samples.Methods：The diameter of 20 pieces VA of 11 fresh samples,9 of man,2 of woman,19 to 35 years old,were measured using DSA,MSCTA and MRA.Results：The average diameter of the method of DSA,MSCTA and MRA was 3.16？？.59mm,3.09？？.63mm and 3.10？？.58mm respectively.There was no significant variance in the same segment of each piece of VA and the value and the tendency of the DA in our research.There was not significant variance of 3 methods（P0.05）.Conclusion：DSA,MSCTA and MRA can been used to measure the diameter of VA. |
