激光照明LCCD测量系统的光源功率选择方法

摘    要:分析了LCCD成像的影响因素和被测目标的反射规律,分别建立了LCCD成像能力和目标反射能量模型,进一步推导了LCCD成像系统激光光源的功率选择公式。最后利用LCCD相机和激光线光源对被测目标进行了成像实验,证明了所建立的激光功率选择模型的有效性。

Abstract:Both factors which influent LCCD imaging and reflective ruler which measured object follows were analyzed in detail.With this understanding,models of LCCD imaging capability and object reflective energy were built respectively.Based on these,the formula of light power selection of LCCD measurement system with laser light was derived.Ultimately,the imaging experimentation with line LCCD camera and line laser on measured object was done.And the result shows that the model of light power selection is correct.
