高压加氢裂化装置的扩能改造

摘    要:介绍镇海炼化工股份有限公司0.9Mt/a高压加氢裂化装置扩能改造为压氢裂化-灵活加氢处理联合装置的情况,阐述灵活加氢处理的技术特点及更换3974例化催化剂后的产品分布变化,工业应用结果表明,改造后中间馏分油收率提高10个百分点,年总效益约16823万元。

Abstract:The capacity expansion of a 0.9 Mt/a high pressure hydrocracker at Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company was revamped to a combination unit of hydrocracking and flexible hydrotreating. The technical features of the flexible hydrotreating and the product distribution after the original catalyst replaced by 3974 cracking catalyst were presented. The industrial application demonstrated that the yield of middle distillate increased by 10%.
