陶瓷注射成型技术及其新进展

摘    要:详细阐述了陶瓷注射成型技术的关键因素,全面介绍了国内外的新进展和动态,重点介绍了粉末共注成型、低压注射成型和微粉末注射成型等新技术。在此基础上评价和展望了该技术的发展前景。

Abstract:Ceramic injection molding(CIM)is a tech no logy Of producing near-net-shape components.This advanced te-chology overcomes the existent limitations in the forming of products with complex geometry.The key steps of CIM including preparaion of the feed,injecting the mass in the mol d in the wanted form,debinding and sintering are reviewed in the paper.The nov el processes,Such as powder co-injection molding(PCM),low pressure injection m olding and micropowder injectionmolding,the developments of CIM are described.
