| 摘 要： | RCP模式是政府部门在非经营性基础设施项目或准经营性基础设施项目建成后,用一定的资源(如土地、旅游开发、矿产等)对项目投资公司进行补偿的一种融资模式。在介绍RCP概念的基础上,将它与BOT、PFI以及"地铁与沿线物业捆绑开发"模式进行比较,并且重点探讨了RCP项目融资模式的具体补偿方式,通过运用影子价格理论,计算政府部门应该补偿多少资源才合理。
