| 摘 要： | 采用数控技术，实现对大型球体零件球面的数控磨削加工。阐述对MQ3150E普通磨床进行数控改造的机械传动结构与数控加工原理，以及在进行数控磨削加工时数控编程的参数转换计算。在此项数控改造中，应用斜线指令，巧妙地将数控加工两直线运动的运行控制，转换为两旋转运动的运行控制，实现了球体零件的数控磨削加工，扩展了数控技术在实际中的应用；并在实际应用中，巧妙地应用数控技术的优越性能，实现了数控磨削加工中对砂轮磨损的瞬时自动补偿。砂轮磨损瞬时自动补偿的实现，为磨削加工高精度的球体零件，奠定了坚实的基础。 |
