基于PLC的铝钎焊炉链条变频传送控制系统的设计

摘    要:以铝钎焊炉链条传送系统为研究对象,提出了一种基于PLC+变频器的位置控制方法,并给出了硬件系统设计及软件开发。由于SEW Movidriver变频器自带位置和顺序控制功能,使得系统的设计得以简化,可靠性增加。应用结果表明,用该方法实现的链条传送系统定位精度高,参数调整方便,界面友好。

System Designation for Aluminum Brazing Furnace Transportation System Based on PLC+Frequency Converter
Abstract:As a research instance of aluminum brazing furnace, this paper introduced a positioning method based on PLC + Frequency converter, as well as hardware system and software designation. Thanks to SEW Movidrive IPOSplus? function, the system design was simplified and the reliability is enhanced. The practice indicates that the chain transportation system get a high precision, the parameters are set easily, the user interface is friendly.
