摘    要:本文通过优化组分设计和添加剂的使用,制备了一种高掺量矿渣粉煤灰复合胶凝体系.并研究了物料粉磨方式、石膏品种及掺量、混合材的掺量及比例对复合胶凝体系强度的影响。结果表明,复合胶凝体系强度可达复合水泥42.5R标准,水化热较低并具有良好的抗硫酸盐侵蚀和干缩性能,由其配制的混凝土具有良好的抗渗性能。

Abstract:Composite cementitious material with high volume of fly ash and salg was prepared, with optimization of composite design and the use of additive. The effects of grinding mode, gypsum kinds and amounts, and mix proportion of slag and fly ash on the strength of composite cementitous material were studied. The results show that the strength of composite cementitious material can match 42.5R grade of composite cement, which have lower hydration heat, favorable properties of sulfate attack resistance and drying shrinkage, and permeability resistance for concrete made with it.
