摘    要:利用原位聚合结合交替沉积自组装技术制备了多层聚苯胺(PANI)/ 聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)分子沉积膜,以紫外-可见光谱跟踪成膜过程,用场发射扫描透镜(FESEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对所合成的纳米膜进行了形貌表征.以自制的气体测试装置研究该膜对氨气的敏感特性,结果表明:敏感膜具有很好的响应性能,对浓度低至0.1 mg/m3氨气,相对灵敏度可达63.47%,响应时间仅为39 s.

Abstract:Polyaniline/ Poly(Sodium 4-Styrenesulfonate) (PANI/PSS) ultra-thin molecular deposition (MD) films were fabricated by in-situ polymerized and alternative adsorption of oppositely charged polycations and polyanions. The formation process of ultra-thin films was characterized by UV-Vis. Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) were employed to characterize the morphology of as-prepared PANI/PSS nanofilms. Gas sensitivity of the ultra-thin films to NH3 was investigated using a special gas measure device. It was demonstrated that the films had good response even if the concentration of ammonia (NH3) lowered to 0.1ppm, which indicated that those films had high detecting sensibility.
