| 摘 要： | 讲述屋顶形包装机的组成,全面了解了屋顶形包装机的机构和控制系统的组成。对屋顶形包装机的制盒过程、灌装过程和CIP工艺流程的论述,阐明了屋顶形包装机的特点和关键技术。无菌空气系统的设计,对包装盒的杀菌和形成料缸无菌环境,提高了产品的包装质量与安全性。

| Abstract: | To introduce the main structure and the control system of the machine in the round which provided the feature of composition to the gable-box package machine. Analyzed the box molding、filling and CIP cleaning process flow of the gable-box packaging machine,expound the feature and key technology of the machine. The design of sterile air system、to sterilize the boxes and to form the cylinder to the sterile environment ,take the quality and safety properties of the productions’ package to improved to a great degree. |
