摘    要:往复压缩机在海洋平台上大多数用于天然气的增压和外输,重要性较高,其振动控制是往复压缩机选型设计中的重要问题。由于平台的结构特点,对压缩机整撬的重量有限制,不能照搬陆地上的振动控制方法,一般选择不平衡力平衡得较好的对称平衡型机组,从压缩机在平台上的安装方位,压缩机安装处的结构强度,撬底座设计,管道及气体缓冲设计等方面考虑,确保往复压缩机在海洋平台上的正常运行。

Abstract:Reciprocating compressors are usually used and play an important role in nature gas compressing and exporting on offshore platform.The pulsation vibration control problems for reciprocating compressors shall be focused on during the compressor model selecting and design.Because of the particularity of the offshore structure,the weight of the compressor skid must be limited.The vibration control methods on offshore platform are different from the methods used on land.Symmetry scheme compressors are used to balance the inertial force well.The location of the compressors,the structure stiffness where the compressors installed,the skid plate,pipe and the buffer shall be designed to ensure the normal operation of the reciprocating compressors on the offshore platform.
