摘 要: | 采用旋转氧弹试验(ASTM D2272)、加压差式扫描量热试验(PDSC)考察了矿物油型和聚α-烯烃(PAO)型基础油对四种抗氧剂的感受性,并用热失量试验方法(TGA)评价了不同抗氧剂自身的热氧化安定性。结果表明,不同试验方法得到的结果并不完全一致;抗氧剂D具有良好的热氧化安定性,适合作为矿物油和PAO油的抗氧剂。

Research on Sensitivity of PAO and Mineral Base Oil to Different Antioxidants |

Abstract: | In order to get suitable antioxidants for mineral base oil and PAO, rotating bomb test ( ASTM D2272) and PDSC test were used to evaluate the sensitivity of the two types of base oil to different oxidation in-hibitors; Thermal oxidation stability of each antioxidant also was determined by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) test. The results indicated antioxidant D is suitable for all types of base oil. |
