短切碳纤维/铁氧体填充的复合材料对8mm波吸收性能研究

摘    要:本文使用溶胶凝胶法制备了一种M型掺杂六角铁氧体,研究了该铁氧体、短切碳纤维及玻璃纤维制成的单层和双层复合材料在8mm波段(26.5~40GHz)的吸收性能.结果表明,铁氧体和短切碳纤维混合填充的复合材料在该波段反射率均在-10dB以下;而以玻璃纤维复合材料作为面层的双层结构吸波材料在该波段的吸收效果更好,-20dB以下的带宽达到2.7 GHz.

Abstract:The sol-gel method is used to prepare M-type hexaferrite. Millimeter wave absorbing properties of single-layer and double-layer composites containing the ferrite, chopped carbon fiber and glass fiber are respectively investigated from the range of 26.5 to 40 GHz. The results show that a reflection loss less than -10 dB of the composite filled with the ferrite and chopped carbon fiber is found in the frequency range. Compared with the single layer composites, the double-layer structure composite with glass fiber surface exhibits better millimeter waves absorbing properties, and the bandwidth of the reflection loss less than -20 dB can reach 2.7 GHz from the range of 26. 5 to 29. 2 GHz.
