| Abstract: | Based on a series of engineering changes occurred in the process of construction of Jiangsu animal husbandry and veterinary college, analyses the reasons about engineering changes and expound the quality, the rate of advance and the cost of building. Meanwhile also put forward the measure which can control the engineering changes effectively, to ensure the smooth construction on the basic building projects in colleges and universities. |
