N-甲酰基吗啉抽提蒸馏与四甘醇液-液抽提分离苯工艺的技术对比

摘    要:从溶剂的性质,工艺流程,产品质量,回收率及技术经济等方面对N-甲酰基吗啉(NFM)抽提蒸馏及四甘醇液-液抽提分离苯工艺进行了全面的分析对比。结果表明,NMF对芳烃的溶解性和选择性优于四甘醇;NFM抽提蒸馏工艺流程简单,操作条件缓和,操作费用明显低于四甘醇液-液抽提工艺,且原料中苯含量越高,较四甘醇液-液油提工艺越经济。

Abstract:N formylmorpholine (NFM) extractive distillation and tetraglycol extraction processes were compared from various fields such as solvent property, flow scheme, product quality and benzene recovery ratio as well as technical and economical evaluation. The solubility and selectivity of the solvent of the former was better than that of the latter. NFM process also showed the advantages of simple flow scheme, mild operating conditions and lower operation cost, especially preferable for high benzene concentration feedstock.
