岗位主导型高职制浆造纸专业的英语模块化教学研究

造纸企业转型升级的背景下,实用性人才供需严重失衡为此,针对制浆造纸专业岗能匹配的需求,阐释了岗位主导型英语模块化教学的目标定位,并基于量身定制的需求分析,岗能最优匹配的课程设置、岗位情景模拟的教学设计、岗能匹配的教学评价,完成了教学全流程的模块化设计;最后,从教学内容、过程、成果等3个层次构建评价指标体系,运用DEMATEL方法和模糊综合评价,结合现状实证分析制浆造纸专业英语模块化教学的岗能匹配度,结果表明该模式的教学改革尚未达到完全的岗能最优匹配,需要各方面因素的综合配合。

Research on English Modular Teaching of Post-oriented Pulp and Paper Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of paper-making enterprises, the supply and demand of practical talents are seriously unbalanced. Therefore, according to the needs of post matching in pulp and paper industry, the goal orientation of post leading English modular teaching was expounded, and based on the customized needs analysis, the course setting of post matching, the teaching design of post scenario simulation and the teaching evaluation of post matching, the whole teaching process modular design was completed. Finally, the evaluation index system from the three levels of teaching content, process and achievement were constructed, and the DEMATEL method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to analyze the post ability matching degree of English modular teaching for pulp and paper majors. The results showed that the teaching reform of this mode had not reached the perfect post matching degree, and the comprehensive cooperation of various factors were needed.
