变电设备数据质量评价模型研究

摘    要:变电设备数据质量和数据共享利用水平不高,没有形成一个完整性的数据质量管控体系和全面有效的数据质量保障机制,制约数据价值的深度挖掘。为此针对变电设备相关信息系统数据质量现状,构建涵盖数据接入情况、准确性、完备性、一致性和及时性等多维度目标的变电设备数据质量评价体系,提出适用于变电设备智能运维管控需求的数据质量评价指标计算方法,建立融合主客观权重的数据质量综合评价模型,解决目前方法评价维度偏少以及自动化和实用化程度不高的问题,使电力公司设备运维人员能够及时了解变电设备数据质量水平及存在问题,为变电设备监测预警、状态评价、故障诊断等高级应用提供必要的数据质量支撑。

Abstract:The level of data quality and data sharing of substation equipment is not high, and there is not a complete data quality control system and a comprehensive and effective data quality assurance mechanism, which restricts the deep mining of data value. Aiming at the present situation of data quality of substation equipment related information system, this paper constructs a data quality evaluation system for substation equipment, which covers multi-dimensional objectives such as data access, accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness, and puts forward a calculation method of data quality evaluation index suitable for intelligent operation, maintenance and control of substation equipment. A comprehensive evaluation model of data quality integrating subjective and objective weights is established to solve the problems of low dimension of evaluation and low degree of automation and practicality, so that the equipment operators of power companies can timely understand the level of data quality and existing problems of transformer equipment, and timely perfect and promote them. It provides necessary data quality support for advanced applications such as monitoring and early warning, condition evaluation and fault diagnosis of substation equipment.
