周期及路径综合优化的配电设备巡检策略

摘    要:为提高配网设备巡检工作的质量和效率,提出了面向巡检周期及路径综合优化的配电设备巡检策略。通过综合考虑配电设备重要等级及状态,确定了配电设备不同的巡检级别,并结合基准巡检周期形成配电设备差异化巡检策略。基于启发式搜索A*算法,提出考虑交通信息的启发式函数,实现了以巡检耗时最短为目标的路径优化。以某地区配电设备巡检工作为例,分析了不同策略下巡检工作量及巡检耗时,验证了所提配电设备巡检策略优化设计方法的正确性和有效性。结果表明:所提出的配电设备重要度及实时状态评价方法,能够为巡检计划的制定提供合理的依据,有效减少巡检工作量约40%。同时采用A*算法设计的巡检路径优化算法实现了巡检最短路径优化和耗时最小路径优化。

Abstract:To improve the quality and efficiency of inspection task of distribution equipment, this paper proposes a novel inspection strategy for period and path comprehensive optimization. Considering the importance and status of distribution equipment, the different inspection levels of distribution equipment are determined. And the differential inspection strategy of distribution equipment is formed based on the benchmark inspection period. A heuristic function containing traffic information is designed based on the principle of heuristic search algorithm, and A* algorithm is used to implement path search, ensuring that the search path is optimal. The specific inspection strategy is presented for a certain distribution equipment inspection task, and the inspection workload and time consumption under different strategies are analyzed, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the distribution equipment optimal inspection strategy. The results show that the importance of distribution equipment and real-time state evaluation method proposed in this paper can provide a reasonable basis for the establishment of inspection plan, so as to effectively reduce the inspection workload by about 40%. At the same time, the routing optimization algorithm designed by A* algorithm is used to realize the shortest routing optimization and the least time-consuming routing optimization.
