摘    要:为分析在"彩虹"超强台风中,某厂家550 kV剪刀式隔离开关支柱瓷绝缘子发生断裂的主要原因,基于DL/T 486-2010《高压交流隔离开关和接地开关》等有关标准,通过计算绝缘子顶端所受风力,对支柱瓷绝缘子抗弯强度的安全系数进行核查确认。首先通过计算分析认为,断裂绝缘子的设计强度能满足超强台风的要求,不应断裂;继而得出该型号支柱瓷绝缘子断裂的主要原因是安装结构设计不合理,并提出了将操作轴销孔改为腰孔以消除装配应力的柔性装配技术解决方案;同时还对如何减小隔离开关零部件及安装支架的风载荷进行计算分析,提出了改善方案,为隔离开关抗风结构设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to analyze the main reason for the fracture of the post porcelain insulator of 550kV scissor-type disconnector in“Mujigae”super typhoon,based on DL/T 486—2010 High-Voltage Alternating-Current Disconnectors and Earthing Switch,this paper calculates the wind force on the top of the insulator,and examines the safety coefficient of the bending strength.By means of calculation,it firstly considers that the designed strength of the fractured insulator could meet the requirement of the super typhoon and should not be fractured.Afterwards,it considers the main reason for the fracture of the post porcelain insulator is unreasonable assembly structure design,and then it proposes a solution of flexible assembly technology of changing the operating shaft pin hole to waist hole so as to eliminate assembly stress.Meanwhile,it makes computational analysis of how to reduce wind load of the disconnector parts and mounting steel structure part,and then proposes the improvement plan,which provides reference for the design of anti-wind structure of disconnectors.
