基于ANSYS有限元分析的造纸机压榨部机架整体性能研究

基于ANSYS有限元分析研究了造纸机压榨部机架整体性能,主要分为静力学性能分析与动力学性能分析两部分。通过压榨部机架静态载荷分布状态,以有限元软件静力学分析程序探索了单边机架与整体机架的静力学性能,以有限元软件模态分析程序探究了单边机架与整体机架的动力学性能。得出结论,受静力荷载作用,就机架下压榨辊轴承座而言,应变最大值处于安装层面,应变分布与应力分布表征为中间处于最高状态,然后逐步朝向两侧均衡递减,就机架立柱而言,最大应力与最大应变处于立柱中部,应变与应力从底部朝向顶部经过小幅度增大之后,再呈线性递减;基于模态分析所得频率与振型,以频率-车速为载体转换得出整体机架最佳车速,以此为压榨部机架稳定运行,实现最优整体性能奠定坚实的理论依据。

Study on the Overall Performance of Pressing Frame of Papermaking Machine Based on ANSYS Finite Element Analysis

Based on ANSYS finite element analysis,the overall performance of the press frame of paper machine,which mainly divided into static performance analysis and dynamic performance analysis,was studied.Based on the static load distribution of the press frame,the static properties of the single frame and the whole frame were explored with the finite element software static analysis program,and the dynamic properties of the single frame and the whole frame were explored with the finite element software modal analysis program.It was concluded that the static loads,in terms of frame under the squeezing roller bearing,the maximum strain in the installation level,strain distribution and stress distribution in characterization for the middle in the supreme state,and then gradually diminishing towards balanced on both sides,in terms of frame column,maximum stress and the maximum strain in the central pillar,strain and stress from the bottom towards the top after a small size,again a linear decreasing;Based on the frequency and mode of vibration obtained by modal analysis,the optimal speed of the whole frame was obtained by using the frequency-speed conversion as the carrier,which laid a solid theoretical basis for the stable operation of the press frame and the realization of the optimal overall performance.
