抗菌型聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的制备与性能

摘    要:
通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)对ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)进行改性得到所需双键功能化抗菌剂GMA-ε-PL。以琼脂(Agar)、丙烯酰胺(Am)、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、GMA-ε-PL为主要原料通过光引发制备高弹性抗菌水凝胶敷料(PAPH)。通过力学性能测试、抗菌性能测试、生物相容性测试表征了PAPH性能。结果表明,其具有很好的弹性和恢复性,当拉伸至1300%时仍能恢复到初始位置;当GMA-ε-PL添加量为3%时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性可达到99.80%,且无抑菌圈形成;红细胞(RBC)溶血实验表明溶血率均低于10%,材料具有良好的生物相容性。

Abstract:
The double bond functionalized antibacterial material GMA-e-PL was synthesized by glycidyl ether methacrylate(GMA)modified e-poly-lysine.Antimicrobia lelastic hydrogel dressing(PAPH)was further prepared by photoinitiation using agar,acrylamide(Am),methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)and GMA-ePL as main raw materials.The properties of PAPH were characterized by mechanical test,antimicrobial test and biocompatibility test.Results show that the hydrogels can be recover to original properties after stretched to 1300%.The growth inhibition against E.coil and S.aureus reaches 99.80%whenω(GMA-ε-PL)=3%,and no bacteriostatic circle is formed.Red blood cell hemolysis test shows that the hemolysis rate is less than10%,indicating the material has a good biocompatibility.
