摘    要:高强度聚乳酸和熔融共混的无机纳米粒子氮化硼(BN)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合物通过溶剂流延法制备成薄膜材料,并与现有新型卷烟降温段材料进行对比。X射线衍射结果表明,BN粒子添加后结晶度提升4%~11%;热重分析、差示扫描量热分析的结果显示,复合材料的熔融温度提升16~18℃,热分解温度提升1~20℃;从力学性能测试与动态力学热分析的结果中得出,复合材料的力学性能显著提升,韧性增大130%;降温测试结果显示,复合材料的降温性能提升1%~30%。当BN添加量为2%时,复合材料作为新型卷烟降温材料的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The high-strength polylactic acid and melt-blended inorganic nanoparticle boron nitride(BN)/polylactic acid(PLA)composite films were prepared by solvent casting method,and compared with the existing cigarette cooling section material.X-ray diffraction(XRD)results show that the crystallinity of BN particles is increased by 4%~11%;the results of thermogravimetric(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis show that the melting temperature of the composite is increased by 16~18℃,and the thermal decomposition temperature is increased by 1~20℃;from the results of dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA),mechanical properties of the composites are significantly increased,the toughness is increased by 130%;the cooling test results show that the cooling performance of the composites is significantly improved by 1%~30%.When the mass fraction of BN added is 2%,the overall performance of the composite,as new type of cigarette cooling material,is the best.
