摘    要:为了提高电力系统风电消纳能力,提出一种基于风电并网友好性排序的灵活弃风惩罚模型。以风电场的出力波动性及预测精度来衡量其并网友好性,设置风电场的顺序系数;将分段弃风惩罚成本系数与顺序系数相结合,设置顺序性弃风惩罚成本系数,建立弃风惩罚模型;在此基础上,构建包含火电机组运行成本、环境成本、弃风惩罚成本及系统备用成本等的电力系统综合经济调度模型。采用经模拟退火思想改进的粒子群优化算法对调度模型进行仿真分析,结果表明灵活弃风惩罚模型可以合理减少弃风,并使并网友好性较高的风电场优先被调用,提高了电力系统风电消纳能力,提升了电力系统运行的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:In order to improve wind power consumption ability of the power system,this paper proposes a flexible wind abandonment punishment model based on wind power grid-friendly ranking.The grid-connection friendliness of the wind farm is measured according to the output fluctuation and prediction accuracy,and the sequence coefficients are set as well.The segmented wind abandonment punishment cost coefficient is combined with the sequence coefficient to set the sequential wind abandonment punishment cost coefficient and build the wind abandonment punishment model.On this basis,the paper constructs a comprehensive economic dispatching model for the power system including thermal power unit operating costs,environmental costs,wind abandonment punishment costs,and system backup costs.Afterwards,it uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm improved by simulated annealing for simulation analysis and the result indicates the flexible wind abandonment punishment model can reasonably reduce wind abandonment and give priority to the wind farm with high grid-connection friendliness,which means improvement of wind power consumption of the power system and promotion of economy and safety of power system operation.
