摘    要:针对光伏发电出力波动导致的配电网功率波动问题,提出了基于背靠背式电力弹簧(back to back electric spring,B2B-ES)的功率波动抑制方法,以保障配电网的稳定运行。首先,分析了含户用光伏的配电网功率波动机理,建立了B2B-ES的有功功率控制模型;然后,设计了基于B2B-ES有功指令控制的功率波动抑制策略,采用粒子群优化算法计算有功指令,根据有功控制流程选择B2B-ES工作模式,将有功指令传送给对应的模式,以实现对户用光伏并网功率波动的抑制;最后通过仿真实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of power fluctuation in the distribution network caused by fluctuations in photovoltaic power output,a power fluctuation suppression method based on back-to-back electric spring(B2B-ES)was proposed to ensure stable operation of the distribution network.First,this paper analyzes the power fluctuation mechanism and B2B-ES model of a distribution network with residential photovoltaics,and builds a B2B-ES active power control model.Then it designs a power fluctuation suppression strategy based on B2B-ES active command control and adopts the PSO optimization algorithm to calculate the active command.According to the active control flowchart,it selects the B2B-ES operating mode,and transmits the active command the corresponding mode so as to suppress household photovoltaic grid-connected power fluctuations.Finally,the paper validates effectiveness of this method by means of simulation experiments.
