一流城市配电网综合评估方法研究

摘    要:为了对一流城市配电网进行综合评估,提出一种基于云模型和可能度分析的评估方法。首先从可靠性、经济性、低碳性和智能性4个方面构建一流城市配电网综合评估指标体系;其次采用云模型表达和分析专家对定性指标的语义评估信息,并基于3E_n准则实现云模型到区间值的转换,从而减少随机性和模糊性对配电网综合评估结果的影响;然后利用可能度分析方法对区间值进行处理,获取综合评估结果;最后利用该方法对西安管辖区内11个区域配电网进行综合评估,并结合实际情况验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the first-class city distribution networks comprehensively, this paper proposes an evaluation method based on the cloud model and possibility analysis. It firstly constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the first-class city distribution network in four aspects of reliability, economy, low carbon and intelligence. Secondly, the paper adopts the cloud model to express and process the semantic evaluation information of experts on qualitative indicators, and achieves transformation from the cloud model to interval value based on 3E_n criterion, so as to reduce the impact of randomness and fuzziness on the comprehensive evaluation results of distribution network. By using the possibility analysis method, it can process the interval value and obtain the comprehensive evaluation results. Finally, the paper uses this method evaluate and sort 11 regional distribution networks in Xi ’an jurisdiction, and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method based on the actual situation.
