摘    要:应用饱和铁芯故障限流器是限制高压大容量电力系统中短路故障电流的有效措施,为解决现有饱和铁芯故障限流器直流励磁损耗大、限流效果不佳的问题,提出了一种基于永磁体的混合励磁型饱和铁芯故障限流器。通过建立等效磁路、等效电路对该新拓扑的基本原理与工作特性进行研究,着重分析了永磁体对限流器性能的影响。通过搭建基于Maxwell-3D的有限元电磁仿真模型,证明该文所提混合励磁结构可有效限制故障电流,增加永磁体用量可有效降低直流励磁损耗,但会削弱限流器的限流性能与励磁磁动势利用率。最后,通过220 V/10 A限流器样机试验,验证了该文所提结构的有效性与理论的正确性。

Abstract:Application of saturated core fault current limiter is an effective method to limit the fault current in a high-voltage large-capacity power system. In order to reduce the high excitation energy consumption and enhance the clipping performance of saturated core fault current limiter, a hybrid-biased saturated core fault current limiter(HSFCL) based on permanent magnet(PM) is proposed in this paper. The equivalent magnetic circuit and electrical circuit are established to explain the principle of HSFCL. The operating characteristics of HSFCL, especially the effect of PM on its performance, are investigated. The finite element analysis(FEA) model of HSFCL is established and performed in Maxwell-3 D. The simulation results verify that the proposed HSFCL can limit fault current effectively. Increasing amount of PM will reduce excitation energy consumption, which will weaken the clipping performance and reduce the utilization rate of magneto motive force. The experimental results obtained from a 220 V/10 A prototype validate the effectiveness of the proposed structure and the method.
