水的总溶解固体对染色一致性的影响

摘    要:在纺织加工行业,水起着最重要的作用。水中的重效/硬质颗粒物及杂质影响纺织品的湿法加工质量。水的性质及水中颗粒物浓度甚至会在加工过程中损伤纤维。钠盐含量的增加使水的总溶解固体(TDS)值上升,给纺织品加工带来了诸多困难与问题。研究旨在探索TDS上升的显著特征,因为它会导致纱线色度值和固色率的变化。试验材料为环锭纺100%棉纱,纱线线密度为83.3 tex(7 S Ne),捻度为18.9捻/10 cm(4.8 TPI),在预湿槽中进行洗涤和漂白。试验需确保水质符合染厂的使用标准。研究结果表明,水质对颜色值有明显的影响。随着水的TDS值的改变,试样的K/S值逐渐变化。水质对染料的溶解起着十分重要的作用,良好的水质可减少染料的团聚。

Abstract:In the textile processing industry,the most substantial and important role is played by water.Heavy effective/hard particles of material and impurities in water can affect the quality of the wet processing.The nature and concentration of water can even damage the fiber while processing.An increase in the sodium salts increases the total dissolved solids(TDS)of water and also creates many difficulties and problems in the processing of textiles.The objectives of this study are to explore distinct characteristics of a rise in TDS as it causes changes in shade value of yarn and fixation percentage.Material used for the experiment was 100% cotton yarn which was scoured and bleached in a pre-wetting tank,the ring yarn of 7S Ne with 4.8 TPI was selected for study.It is mandatory to ensured that the quality of water is met according to the standard for the dye house.It shows that the water quality has obvious effect on increasing color values.As the water TDS changes,there is a gradual change in K/S values.Therefore,water quality is important in dye dissolution and as a result it reduces the agglomeration of dye.
