摘    要:为延长缓和甚至取消输配电设施改造升级的需求,构建面向综合能源配电网的储能系统模型,将储能配置与系统运行优化结合起来。基于模型预测控制思想,结合内燃机、余热锅炉和燃气锅炉,通过滚动优化和反馈校正,实现配电网台区侧热系统的经济运行。以储能设备生命全周期总投资成本最低作为优化的目标函数,发挥储能设备削峰填谷、平滑负荷的作用,协调优化以获取更好的经济效益和配电网稳定性。通过对不同季节典型日调度优化情况的分析及与无储能系统的比较,验证该配置策略的有效性。

Abstract:In order to prolong and even eliminate the need for upgrading of transmission and distribution facilities, a model of energy storage system for integrated energy distribution network was constructed to combine energy storage configuration with system operation optimization. Based on model prediction control theory, and combining the internal combustion engine、waste heat boiler and gas-fired boiler, the rolling optimization and feedback correction was used to realize economic operation of the thermoelectric power system on the side of the distribution network. The lowest total investment cost of the energy storage equipment life cycle was taken as the objective function of the optimization, and the energy storage equipment was used to cut the peak and fill the valley and smooth the load, which could coordinate optimization to obtain better economic benefits and distribution network stability. The effectiveness of the configuration strategy is verified by analyzing the optimization of typical daily scheduling in different seasons and comparing with the non-energy storage system.
