摘    要:采用细菌纤维素生物复合的方法实现加固二醋酸纤维网制备无纺布材料的目的。采用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对材料的结构进行了表征;利用电子万能试验机对材料的拉伸性能进行了测试;毛管流动空隙测量仪、全自动透气量仪和滤料综合性能测试台表征其孔隙结构、透气性和过滤性能。实验结果表明,细菌纤维素可以缠结加固二醋酸纤维网,依靠氢键结合作用在纤维网的表面及内部进行穿插,并且保持原有的纳米网状结构;无纺布材料的断裂强度为8.39 MPa,弹性模量为92.37MPa;平均孔径是87.0μm,透气率为157 mm/s,对1.0μm粒子的过滤效率达99.2%,过滤阻力为102Pa。

Abstract:Cellulose diacetate(CDA) fiber webs were reinforced with bacterial cellulose(BC) by the biological composition method to prepare non-woven fabric. SEM and FT-IR were utilized to characterize the morphology and chemical structure. The tensile test was conducted through automatic control electron testing machine to explain adhesive effects from the macroscopic point of view. The porous materials analysis, automatic air permeability instrument and test-board were utilized for characterizing the pore size, permeability and filtration. Results show that cellulose diacetate fibers are reinforced with bacterial cellulose adhesives by stable hydrogen bonds. Their surfaces and internal space are wrapped and interleaved with networks of bacterial cellulose nanofibers. The results of mechanical properties indicate that elastic modulus is 92.37 MPa, breaking tenacity is 8.39 MPa. The average diameter of materials is 87.0 μm, air permeability is 157 mm/s. The filtration results show that the filter efficiency to the particles larger than 1.0 μm is 99.2%, and filtration resistance is 102 Pa.
