摘    要:造纸加工工艺的进步带动了纸机加工车速的提升,同时也带来了更加复杂的纸病处理问题。基于位平面理论,构建了一种新的纸病检测数学形态算法,旨在为现代造纸加工行业中的纸病检测工艺提供一种抗干扰能力强、定位准确以及运算较为简单的数学形态算法。首先对位平面技术的理念和运行策略进行分析;其次对基于位平面的纸病检测算法进行论述,从自适应中值滤波、获取图像的增强位平面、用数学形态学算法进行边缘检测等角度进行了详细研究;最后对该种类的纸病检测数学形态算法进行方针结果分析,认为该种算法能够在运算简单的基础上,更好地检测出纸病缺陷提供优良的纸病检测抗干扰性的定位精准性算法。

Abstract:With the progress of paper-making processing technology,the speed of paper machine processing has promoted,but more complex problems of paper defects treatment came out.Based on the theory of bit plane,a new mathematical morphology algorithm for paper defects detection was proposed,which aimed to provide a mathematical morphology algorithm with strong anti-interference ability,accurate positioning and simple operation for the paper defects detection process in modern paper industry.Firstly,the concept and operation strategy of bit plane technology was analyzed;secondly,the algorithm of paper defects detection based on bit plane was discussed,the adaptive median filter,the enhancement bit plane of image,and the edge detection with mathematical morphology algorithm were studied in detail;finally,the policy results of this kind of paper defects detection mathematical morphology algorithm was analyzed.It was considered that this algorithm could detect the paper defects better on the basis of simple operation and provide an excellent algorithm of anti-interference positioning accuracy.
