植物油基光固化树脂研究进展

摘    要:受石油资源供应不稳定和环境污染的双重影响,以天然可再生资源为原料制备高分子材料越来越受重视。另一方面,基于紫外光固化技术的光固化树脂具有高效率、低能耗、低VOC排放等优点,也引起了人们的广泛关注。文章介绍了植物油基光固化树脂的最新研究进展,包括不饱和酯预聚体(如环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)、活性稀释剂、环氧树脂、巯基-烯结合树脂等。最后,对植物油基紫外光固化树脂的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Due to the uncertainty of petroleum supply in the future and the environmental pollution concern,there is a growing interest in developing polymeric materials from renewable resources.On the other hand,UV-curable resins based on UV-curing technology bearing the advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption,and extremely low VOC emissions have drawn much attention.In this paper,we reported the research progress in the plant oil-based UV-curable resins in aspects of various prepolymers including unsaturated ester prepolymers(such as epoxy acrylates and polyurethane acrylates),active diluents,epoxy resins,thiol-ene coupling resins,etc.Moreover,the prospect of the plant oil-based UV curable resins has been described.
