基于自适应权重PSO算法的分布式光伏并网极限容量计算

摘    要:为了提高配电网接纳光伏的能力,保证配电网的安全运行和良好的电能质量,提出一种基于自适应权重粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法的分布式光伏并网极限容量计算方法。综合考虑光伏接入容量、电压偏差、线路载流、谐波畸变率、不允许功率倒送的约束条件,建立分布式光伏并网极限容量计算模型;引入自适应惯性权重系数对传统PSO算法进行改进并对模型求解;在满足约束条件的前提下,计算不同规划方式下的分布式光伏并网极限容量,并分析接入后对配电网电能质量的影响。IEEE 69节点配电网模型的仿真结果表明:所提出的方法能够高效求解光伏并网极限容量问题,提高配电网对分布式光伏的接纳能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the ability of the distribution network accepting photovoltaic(PV)and ensure safe operation and good power quality,a kind of calculation method for ultimate capacity of the distributed PV grid-connection based on adaptive weight particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was proposed.Comprehensively considering constraint conditions including PV access capacity,voltage deviation,line capacity,harmonic distortion rate and rejection of reverse power feeding,a distributed PV grid-connected ultimate capacity calculation model was established.The adaptive inertial weight coefficient was introduces to improve the traditional PSO algorithm and solve the model.Under the constraint condition,the distributed PV grid-connected ultimate capacity in different planning modes was calculated and the influence on power quality of the distribution network was analyzed.The simulation results of the IEEE 69 node distribution network model show that the proposed method can speed up the solution of the ultimate capacity efficiency and improve the ability of the distribution network in accepting the distributed PV.
