摘    要:基于MATLAB与SIMULINK仿真软件设计了涂布机双闭环调速系统,其中包含电流负反馈内环与转速负反馈外环.通过仿真验证,结果表明,双环阶跃响应较为理想,涂布机起动时,电流环瞬时出现稍微超调现象,转速换速度增大也稍微超调,然而峰值与调整时间短暂,可保证快速进入恒流、稳速状态,稳定性与及时性良好;双环在不同扰动点作用的...

Abstract:Based on Matlab and Simulink simulation software, the double-closed-loop speed control system of the coating machine in the paper industry was designed, including the current negative feedback inner loop and the speed negative feedback outer loop. Through the simulation verification, the results showed that the double-ring step response was relatively ideal. When the coater started, the current loop overshot a little, and the speed of change increased slightly. Howerver, the peak value and adjustment time were short, which ensured that the system entered into the constant current and speed state quickly, with good stability and timeliness. The step signals and impulse signals of double ring acting on different disturbance points led to the dynamic decline of the system, while the dynamic decline and adjustment took some time due to serious disturbance. The system had outstanding technical performance index, good operation effect, good stability and reliability, and there was a large stability margin, good performance index in frequency domain, double ring shear frequency dislocation each other, which made the frequency distribution cooperation scientific and reasonable.
