摘    要:制浆造纸工业中任何对纸张产品质量产生负面影响的表面缺陷都被称之为纸病,随着现代社会生活生产对纸张质量要求的提高,如何更高效、更精准地识别纸病成为制浆造纸工业发展中必须解决的问题。基于人工智能背景下的动态识别技术在造纸领域中的应用进行了分析,在详细分析以动态识别技术为核心的纸病检测流程的基础上,研究、梳理并总结了当前我国制浆造纸流程在动态识别技术上的软硬件系统和检测算法发展流程;分析了当前我国制浆造纸领域针对纸病检测工作中存在的疑难点问题,讨论了基于人工智能背景下动态识别技术在造纸领域中的应用和发展前景。

Abstract:In the pulp and paper industry, any surface defect that has a negative impact on the quality of products is called paper defect. With the improvement of paper quality requirements in modern social life and production, how to identify paper defects more efficiently and accurately has become a problem that must be solved in the development of the pulp and paper industry. Based on the background of artificial intelligence, the application of dynamic identification technology in the field of papermaking was analyzed. Based on the detailed analysis of the paper defect detection process with dynamic identification technology as the core, the software and hardware system as well as detection algorithm development process of the current pulping and papermaking process in China were studied. The problems existing in the detection of paper defects in the field of pulping and papermaking in China were analyzed, the application and development prospect of dynamic recognition technology in the field of papermaking based on artificial intelligence were discussed.
