摘    要:柔性多状态开关是解决当前配电网所面临的用电需求多样化、分布式电源接入规模化、潮流协调控制复杂化等多方面挑战的关键技术。首先,介绍了柔性多状态开关技术研究的体系架构。其次,从技术内容、研究进展情况、存在问题等方面,介绍了柔性多状态开关研究与示范中的关键技术,包括拓扑选型及参数优化、接入模式、优化调控、装置研制、试验测试、集成示范等技术。最后,从拓扑选型、装置制造、运行控制三方面分析了柔性多状态开关存在的问题与挑战,并指出小体积、低成本、高效率是柔性多状态开关装置的发展方向。

Abstract:Flexible multi-state switch is the key technology to solve challenges of the current distribution network, such as the diversification of electricity demands, the large-scale access of distributed power, the complexity of power flow coordination control and so on. Firstly, the research architecture of flexible multi-state switch technology is introduced. Then, in terms of technical contents, research progress and existing problems, the key technical problems in the research and demonstration of flexible multi-state switch are introduced, including topology selection and parameter optimization, access mode, optimal regulation, device development, test, integrated demonstration and so on. Finally, the problems and challenges of flexible multi-state switch are analyzed from three aspects, such as topology selection, device manufacturin,g and operation control. It is pointed out that small size, low cost and high efficiency are the development direction of flexible multi-state switch devices.
