FERGUSON运动机构的动力学特性研究

摘    要:分度机构是多工位自动机和自动线的心脏,本文从动力学分析入手研究了FERGUSON分度机构的动态特性。在建立机构的动力学模型时,综合考虑了从动系统的弹性及机构中的间隙等影响因素,认为影响机构动态特性的关键因素是负载盘的转动惯量、输出轴刚度、输入转速的大小及干涉、间隙等,其中机构内部的啮合间隙对输出的动力学特性影响最大。

Abstract:Index mechanism is heart of many-position automatic machine and automatic line. In this thesis, dynamic characteristics of FERGUSON mechanism is researched by using dynamics. In establishing the dynamic models of the mechanism, elasticity of the follower system and backlash of the mechanism are considered. It is considered that the key elements influencing the dynamic characteristics are the rotational inertia of the loading disk, the stiffness of the output shaft, the input angular speed and interference or backlash, especially backlash.
