大功率白光LED医用冷光源控制系统设计

摘    要:随着LED技术的不断提高,大功率白光LED取代传统医用冷光源应用于医学临床照明成为未来的发展趋势。本文针对医用冷光源照明需求及大功率白光LED芯片CBT-90的主要特性,设计了一套基于单片机ATmega48控制的LED医用冷光源驱动调光控制系统。系统选用美国半导体公司的LM3433作为LED的恒流驱动和调光芯片,使用PWM调光方式。利用+、-和记忆按键使LED能够根据需要自动调节发光亮度,而热敏电阻温度传感器可对LED起到很好的过热保护作用。给出了硬件和软件部分的设计。实验表明,系统长时间运行稳定,具有色温高,光输出大,节能环保等优点,适用于医学临床照明。
